The biggest application of ferromolybdenum lies in the production of ferroalloys based on the different molybdenum content and range. It is suitable for machine tools and equipment, military equipment, refinery oil pipes, load-bearing components, and rotary drills. Molybdenum iron is also used in cars, trucks, locomotives, ships, etc. In addition, ferromolybdenum is used for stainless steel and heat resistance in synthetic fuel and chemical factories, heat exchangers, generators, refining equipment, pumps, turbine tubes, ship propellers, plastics, and acid storage containers using steel. Tool steel has a high proportion of molybdenum iron in the range of high-speed machining parts, cold working tools, drill bits, screwdrivers, molds, chisels, heavy castings, balls and rolling mills, rollers, cylinder bodies, piston rings, and large drill bits.
