What is Silicon Metal Powder?

Raymond mill produces metallic silicon powder
After drying and crushing, the silicon block is fed into the Raymond mill. The ground silicon powder is carried out by the circulating airflow and collected by the cyclone dust collector. The collected powder is screened by the vibrating screen. The material on the screen is returned to the Raymond mill, and the material under the screen enters the finished product warehouse. Most of the dust-containing gas discharged by the cyclone dust collector is circulated, and a small part of the dust-containing gas does not meet the standard and needs to be discharged into the air after two-stage dust removal and one-stage washing. The main equipment of this process includes Raymond mill; one-stage cyclone classifier, two-stage dust collector, one-stage washing dust collector, ventilating machine, and vibrating screen.

Ball mill produces metal silicon powder
After drying and crushing, the silicon blocks are fed into the ball mill. The ground silicon powder is taken out by the circulating airflow, separated by the separator, and the coarse particles return to the ball mill, while the fine particles are collected by the cyclone dust collector and enter the finished product warehouse. Most of the dust-containing gas from the cyclone dust collector is circulated, and a small part of the dust-containing gas is discharged into the air after the first-level bag dust removal and the first-level washing. The main equipment of this process includes a ball mill, a one-stage separator, a one-stage cyclone classifier, a one-stage dust collector, a one-stage washing dust collector, and ventilating machine.

Gyratory mill produces metal silicon powder
After drying and crushing, the silicon block is fed into the cyclone pulverizer for pulverization. The pulverized material is carried out by the induced draft fan airflow and separated by the cyclone separator. The fine powder is collected by the collector and enters the fine powder bin, and the tail gas is discharged into the air. The coarse powder is fed into the vibrating screen for screening, and the coarse particles are returned to the cyclone pulverizer. The metal silicon powder that meets the standards enters the finished product bin. The main equipment of this process includes the cyclone pulverizer, cyclone separator, collector, vibrating screen, and ventilating machine.
