The raw materials needed for the smelting of silicon manganese nitride mainly include silicon manganese alloy and nitrogen. To ensure the quality of silicon manganese nitride, it is very direct and effective to control the quality of the raw materials.
The manganese ore, coke particles and auxiliary materials enter the batching system after being crushed to the particle size specified for production and dried. The process personnel calculate the ratio and inform the central control operator in the workshop. Then the manganese ore, coke particles and auxiliary materials are reasonably put into the furnace through the batching system for smelting and are discharged according to the specified amount of electricity. The generated slag is quenched with water. The generated water quenching slag is stored in a temporary storage area for water quenching slag and then sold to the cement factory. The liquid silicon-manganese alloy produced by tapping is cast (pool casting). After the alloy pool reaches the specified height, a shovel is used. The shovel goes to the finished product warehouse and is finished, broken, and bagged by iron smashers for export.
The flue gas generated during the production process goes through the dust removal system for secondary utilization of toxic and harmful gases (gas cabinet). The dust generated by the dust removal system is collected and sent to the feeder to be compacted and then pelletized. The proportion is calculated according to the ingredients requirements and put into the furnace.
