1. Production process:
Electrolytic process: The main production process of electrolytic manganese flakes is prepared by electrolyzing sodium manganate solution. In the electrolysis tank, the sodium manganate solution is used as the electrolyte, and after the action of electric current, manganese ions are precipitated at the anode to form sodium manganese hydroxide, while hydrogen ions are precipitated at the cathode to generate hydrogen gas. As the electrolysis proceeds, the sodium bromanganate gradually crystallizes and deposits on the anode, forming electrolytic manganese flakes.
Subsequent treatment: The electrolytic manganese flakes produced need to go through subsequent treatment processes such as washing, drying, sieving, etc., in order to obtain finished products that meet the requirements.

2.Application:
Manganese alloy production: electrolytic manganese flake is one of the important raw materials for the preparation of manganese alloy. By melting electrolytic manganese flakes with other alloy raw materials, manganese alloys for various purposes can be produced, such as ferromanganese alloy, manganese silicon alloy, etc., which are widely used in iron and steel, stainless steel and other industries.
Battery industry: Electrolytic manganese flakes are also commonly used in battery industry as positive material. It has good electrochemical properties and can be used in the production of zinc manganate batteries and lithium manganate batteries.
Chemical industry: Electrolytic manganese flakes are also used in chemical industry, such as for the preparation of manganese oxide, potassium permanganate and other chemical products, as well as an important raw material for catalyst.
