UHP Graphite Electrodes Description
The UHP graphite electrodes have lower electrical resistivity, better electrical conductivity, and higher mechanical strength. The UHP graphite electrode joints are made of 100% imported needle coke after three times impregnation and four times roasting process. The quality of the product is close to or reaches the world's first-class standard, and it can meet the needs of various ultra-high-power (UHP) electric arc furnaces (EAFs) and ladle refining furnaces (LRFs) for steelmaking.
ZhenAn mainly produces UHP graphite electrodes in diameter of 100mm-600mm, we have complete calcining, crushing, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization, machining production lines advanced technology, and complete quality test equipment for quality control.

Surface Quality of UHP graphite electrodes
1. The number of surface defects of UHP graphite electrodes shall not exceed 2, and their sizes shall not exceed the values in the table below.

2. The surface of UHP graphite electrodes shall not have transverse cracks or longitudinal cracks with the width of 0.3-1.0 mm. The length of the longitudinal cracks shall not exceed 5% of the electrode circumference. Cracks with a width of of less than 0.3 mm can be ignored.
3. The width of the black skin area on the surface of the electrode is less than 1/10 of the perimeter of the electrode and its length is less than 1/3 of the length of the electrode.

Q: What about your delivery date in normal conditions?
A: We send the cargo within 15 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: what about your package of UHP Graphite electrodes?
A: Usually as per customer's requests.Common packing information: small size in bundles, big size in bulksome sizes with plastic capstan to protect both ends, seaworthy packaging.
Q: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with it?
A: We will be responsible for all of our quality problems.
Q: How can you control your quality?
A: For each production processing, ZhenAn has a complete QC system for the chemical composition and Physical properties. After production, all the goods will be tested, and the quality certificate will be shipped along with the goods.
