Products Description
The smelting process takes place in two steps. The first step is the reduction period, using ferrosilicon and aluminum to reduce vanadium oxide, to obtain vanadium-ferrosilicon alloy with high silicon content; The second step is the refining phase, refining the vanadium-silicon-ferrovanadium alloy with a high V2O5 slag, reducing the silicon to obtain iron vanadium. After the previous furnace is released, the furnace is replenished, that is, all the iron material required for the production of Ferro vanadium composition is added, and the refining slag on the furnace is returned to the furnace after the power is turned on, and the first batch of raw materials (vanadium pentoxide melts, lime and most of the ingredients of ferrosilicon) are added.
When the molten pool is formed, the full load power supply makes the charge melt quickly. After full melting, the power supply load is reduced appropriately, and V2O5 in aluminum reduction slag is added after the remaining ferrosilicon is added. When the molten pool is fully stirred, the slag is produced when the (V2O5) in the slag is <0.35%. After slagging, add the second batch of return material (a mixture of vanadium oxide melts and lime). After full melting, stir thoroughly. Add ferrosilicon first, and then add aluminum block to reduce the slag. When (V2O5) in slag <0.35%, slag is put off. The amount of feed and the number of batches in the reduction period are determined by the vanadium content of the produced iron vanadium (40% ~ 60%).
