What Is Ferro Silicon 65?
Ferro Silicon 65 is a medium-silicon ferrosilicon grade made by smelting silica, carbon-based reducing materials and an iron source in an electric furnace. After smelting, the alloy is tapped, cooled, crushed and screened into the required lump size.
FeSi65 Chemical Composition and Specifications
Based on recent ZhenAn FeSi65 batch inspection reports, the silicon content is around 65%, with aluminum around 2.4%. Carbon, phosphorus and sulfur are controlled at low levels for metallurgical use.

50-100mm is a coarser lump range for bulk charging where larger pieces are acceptable. For this size, the useful purchasing question is not only the nominal range, but also how much undersize material remains after crushing, screening and transport.
