1. Chemical composition: The silicon content of the ferrosilicon briquette should be between 65% and 75%, and the iron content should be between 25% and 35%. It is also necessary to control the content of other elements, such as manganese, aluminum, calcium, etc., to satisfy the needs of different application fields.
2. Particle size and shape: The particle size of the ferrosilicon briquette should be between 10mm~150mm, and the selection of particle size and shape should be adjusted according to the specific production process and application requirements.
3. Physical properties: The density of the ferrosilicon briquette should be between 6.8g/cm³~7.2g/cm³, the hardness should be between 60~80HBS, and the melting point should be between 1200℃~1300℃.
