Regular Steelmaking

FeSi65 is suitable for regular steelmaking when your furnace process needs medium silicon input instead of high-silicon final addition. In routine steelmaking, the goal is often not to add the highest silicon grade, but to keep silicon input stable, economical and easy to calculate.

When FeSi45 cannot provide enough silicon for the formula, but FeSi70 or FeSi72 is more than necessary, FeSi65 becomes a practical middle-grade option. It can support regular deoxidation assistance, silicon correction and alloy adjustment without pushing the addition level too high.

This makes FeSi65 useful for plants that need stable routine production, controlled material cost and a ferro silicon grade that fits standard furnace operation.

Foundry Silicon Adjustment
