72% Ferro Silicon Deoxidizer Alloy Additive Description
FeSi72 Ferro Silicon is an iron-silicon alloy used when your steelmaking process needs stable silicon addition, deoxidation support and alloy composition adjustment. With Si 72% min, it is commonly selected for molten steel deoxidation, ladle refining and furnace alloy addition.
You may need FeSi72 when your production requires a higher silicon source than FeSi65, while still using a practical ferro alloy form for steelmaking. In actual furnace use, you should not check only Si content. Al, Ca, C, P, S, lump size and fines condition can also affect charging, absorption and final steel quality control.
We supply FeSi72 ferro silicon in 10–50mm, 10–100mm and custom sizes. Before shipment, we help you confirm batch COA, size range, packing method, shipping marks and export documents. If your steel plant has fixed limits for Al, Ca, P or S, you can send us your internal standard before quotation.
