The batch must be documented in a quality document containing: a trademark of the manufacturer; ferrosilicon grade and size class; gross and net weight; party formation method; chemical composition; batch number; number of cargo spaces; date of manufacture; carriage number; stamp of the technical control department; designation of this standard.
The maximum mass of the piece is determined by weighing. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage:
1. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage in accordance with GOST 26590 with additions: ferrosilicon of all grades of 5-7 size classes is transported packed in steel drums or in specialized containers; ferrosilicon of all grades in pieces up to 25 kg, in ingots and size classes 1-4 is transported in specialized containers or in bulk; drums containing ferrosilicon intended for long-term storage must be painted black.
2. Ferrosilicon is packaged, transported and stored according to international regulations.
