ZhenAn has two ISO 9001-certified factories. These cover an area of 30,000m² and are equipped with 12 vacuum-refining furnaces and automated sorting lines. This infrastructure allows us to produce 400–500 tons of FeV every day, for grades ranging from FeV50 to FeV85. Our production system can quickly adapt to urgent orders. We can shift 70% of our production to our most important clients within 48 hours.
2. Strategic Global Inventory Network
We keep 8,000–10,000 tons of FeV ready to be shipped in bonded warehouses in Rotterdam, Houston, and Singapore. This stockpile, which is spread across different locations, can cover regional demand surges for 3–4 months.
FeV80 (80–85% V): It weighs 4,000 tons and is perfect for the aerospace and automotive industries.
FeV50 (50–55% V): 3,500 tons, made for building with steel.
Real-time inventory tracking lets us keep track of what we have in stock digitally. This means we can guarantee that any orders will be shipped within 72 hours, even for emergency orders.
3. One company controls every part of the process
ZhenAn is in control of the whole supply chain. This means it sources vanadium slag from more than 15 mines and then produces finished FeV. We have a huge stockpile of raw materials, with 30,000 tons of it. This stops us from running out of ore, like what happened in the third quarter of 2023. At that time, we got around a delay in South African exports by using up our reserves in Brazil.
4. Agile Logistics and Custom Solutions
We work with over 20 logistics partners who have been checked to make sure they are good at their job. We arrange transport using different types of vehicles.
We can send 100 tons of air freight anywhere in the world. It will arrive in 5–7 days.
Sea containers: We can send 25-ton FCL shipments at a low price. They are packed in a way that keeps them dry.
Clients receive GPS-tracked updates and flexible Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP).
