1. Check whether the glass sight glass of the observation window is broken. If it is broken, it should be replaced.
2. Check whether the hexagonal socket screws that fasten the glass sight glass on the observation window are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened, but they must be tightened symmetrically and evenly, and the force must not be excessive to avoid crushing the glass.
3. Check whether the internal and external sealing rings (white) of the observation window are aged. If they are aged, replace them with new ones.

4. Remove the automatic inflation device from the base of the furnace body, use a clean rag soaked in gasoline to remove the ash on the sealing rubber and the inflatable sealing surface, and reinstall it as it is.
5. Check the sealing condition of the pressure measuring point on the furnace chassis. If the fastening nut is loose, tighten it. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace it.
6. Check the sealing condition of the cathode. If the fastening nut is loose, tighten it. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace it.

7. Check the sealing flange surface at the bottom of the furnace bell. If there is rust, pits and other damage, deal with it in time.
8. Check the large sealing ring on the furnace chassis. If it is damaged, repair or replace it in time. In addition, there are various connections of hard bend pipes. If they are loose, they should be tightened immediately. If they are damaged, they should be replaced in time and inspected.
9. Check the tightening condition of each connecting flange surface of the exhaust hard elbow pipe. If there is any looseness, tighten it evenly. If the sealing ring is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Check whether there is dust on the inner sealing ring of the butterfly valve. If there is, it should be cleaned in time to avoid air leakage in the butterfly valve pipeline.
