Production Process Of Enameled Wire
1,Leaving wire: Uniformly release the copper from the iron shaft to provide raw materials and ensure the stability of the coating, in the high-speed machine, relying on the joint wire drawing machine to release the wire.
2,Annealing: Soften the bare copper wire to remove the internal stress in the stretching process, so that the molecular lattice rearrangement, enhance the flexibility and conductivity.
3,Painting: apply the insulating varnish evenly to the bare copper wire, relying on the mold or felt to serve as a medium.
4, baking: the solvent in the lacquer evaporates, so that the lacquer base material curing, forming a solid body structure of the film.
5,Cooling: The paint film is cooled and further shaped to prepare for the second application of paint.
6,Lubrication: for the enameled wire after the completion of the paint, the surface of another layer of lubricant to reduce the friction of the processing.
7,Rewinding:the finished products will be rolled up and evenly arranged with plastic spools, which is convenient for customers to process and use.
