The heat source of the rotary kiln comes from the closed electric furnace gas. After adopting this method, the production efficiency of electric furnace is greatly improved, and the power consumption is reduced to 2000kWh/t.

(3) The slag method for the production of high-carbon ferromanganese: this process is characterised by the use of slag resistance heat instead of arc heat, prompting the expansion of the reaction zone in the furnace, to reduce power consumption, improve the elemental recovery rate and production capacity of the purpose.
