Factors Affecting Titanium Recovery Rate in High Titanium Iron Smelting

1) With the increase of unit heat distribution, the titanium recovery rate increases. But when the heat distribution reaches 3250kj/kg, the titanium recovery rate actually decreases.
2) Under a certain unit heat distribution, as the amount of lime added increases, the recovery rate of titanium increases. However, if too much lime is added, the slag melting point decreases, the reaction temperature decreases, and the titanium recovery rate decreases.
3) The upper ignition can achieve a titanium recovery rate of over 73%.
4) The finer the particle size of aluminum particles, the higher the recovery rate of titanium. In addition to a decrease in recovery rate, the aluminum content of the alloy also increases with larger particle sizes.
