Smelting process of Pure Silicon Metal 3303
Batching: Silica ore, reductant and wood chips are fed into the smelting furnace by the conveyor belt according to a certain ratio.
Furnace Smelting: The mixture is continuously subjected to electrothermal reduction reaction in the furnace, with the reaction temperature reaching 1800℃. The generated liquid silicon continuously gathers at the bottom of the furnace and is discharged about once every 3 hours.
Casting: When the silicon is discharged, the liquid silicon flows into the silicon bag on the silicon bag truck by opening the silicon outlet with the eye opening equipment and is transported to the casting workshop for casting and cooling to form silicon ingots.
Finishing and packaging: demoulding, after demoulding, the silicon ingots are manually crushed and finished, packaged (in tonne packs) and then transported by forklift trucks to the finished product stacking shed for temporary storage, and then sold on a regular basis.
